OVERVIEW

 

Annual or Bi-annual performance reviews are a key component of employee development. This is intended to be a fair and balanced assessment of an employee’s performance. Performance Review specifies that the objective of the review is to provide all staff and their supervisors an opportunity to: Discuss job performance, Set goals development, Establish objectives for contributing to overall mission, Discuss expectations and accomplishments. Performance reviews involve all these activities. Thus setting goals and objectives to aim for will give both supervisors and employees a focus, and is one of the key aspects to meeting overall company objectives.  This three-day course will help managers and team leaders recognize their role and contribution to effectively manage performance and conduct at work.
